The riparian forest of the Verdon is the vegetation present along the river. It is made up of trees, shrubs and herbs and presents very varied facies, between Alpine and Mediterranean influences, according to the different sections of the river. Its management takes into account the economic and tourist issues linked to the practice of various nautical activities but also the protection of the natural environments and fishery resources.
