Dedicated to the Virgin Mary

The Church of Mont Sainte Odile dates from 1686. A double row of Tuscan columns separates it into three naves. The architecture of the walls, of rather Greek design, could lead to believe that they are those of an earlier church from 1546. The small pointed windows are adorned with darkened stained glass. The high-altar, in carved oak, is surmounted by the Virgin Mary, patroness saint of the church. An imposing marble altar-tomb stands further ahead.
