The GHM company, whose activity began in 1857 in Sommevoire, received the EPV (Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant) label in 2018. Its exceptional craftsmanship and industrial know-how are thus honoured. In addition to the production of contemporary urban furniture (benches, lampposts, tramway masts), the foundry continues to manufacture Wallace fountains – present in Paris and throughout the world –, Morris columns and the famous entrances to the Paris metro, designed at the beginning of the 20th century by the Art Nouveau architect Hector Guimard.
